Right to cancel your order:

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund, provided that it does not include customisation, within the following 14 days.

In the case of customization, however, you can cancel an order at any time as long as it is before it goes into production. However, if Instaura srl ​​unipersonale/Tabloos has created a custom-made design or logo for you, you may be charged the related cost even if the products have not yet been created.

The law requires that notifications via common mail or email be used for the cancellation of an order or certified e-mail.
